This is FREE and it part of the course, so you can get professional support from a tutor through the duration of your course, they are on hand to answer your question and to help you.
Please ensure you contact them within a month of purchasing your course even if you do not intend on starting the course immediately. Each course has its own tutors and email address so remember to add them to your favourites and if you don't get a reply, please check your junk/spam folder!

The revision of the practitioner manual is now well under way. There have been a lot of relevant changes noted in the field, at the moment our trainers are sorting through to ensure that the revised manual content is the most relevant. 
Currently, looking at the time taken thus far, we hope to have this ready for release July 2010. The current manual is still relevant, we are simply looking at staying ahead of the latest developments in addition to the traditional core material.
